Why I didn't receive credit after I completed an offer?


It may take up to 30 days or longer for credit to your account for an offer that you completed. The period of time is varied depending on the offer.

If you didn't receive credit for an offer that was completed more than 30 days ago, please contact us with the following information below.

Exact Offer Completion Date:
(NOTE: We will not review credit offer inquires that are less than 30 days old.)

We also recommend you to have copy of your order confirmation email to us if available. We will contact the proper offer provider to ensure the offer that you completed is valid upon receipt of this information. This verification process by the offer provider may take 15 days or longer. Once we received the successful verification, we will manually apply credit to your account for that particular offer.


Why I didn't receive credit after one of my referrals completed an offer?


We cannot check the credit status for any of your referrals unless an inquiry made from your referrals themselves. We will also only check on the credit status for any of your referrals after they have waited for at least 30 days.


Will I receive credit if I completed an offer 120 days after I signed up for a new account?


No, we cannot credit to your account for an offer if you completed an offer 120 days after signing up for a new account. Per our Terms and Conditions, we require all users to complete an offer within 120 days of theirs account signup date.
