How do I need to register my account?
It allows us to keep record of your and your friends offer completion status. Also, it helps us to assist you to get the free gift.
Why my account is currently on hold?
We take fraud very seriously. If your account is currently placed on hold, it is most likely your account is suspected of fraudulent activities.
Possible reasons: 1. Offer not being completed successfully 2. Multiple accounts to the same household. 3. Canceling the offer right away 4. Helping a user to join and run them through the process. Or other reasons not listed above.
If you believe your account should not be on hold, or you may know and want to inform us of what could have happened, then please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we hold the right not to tell you why you account is on hold for proprietary reasons and also keep your account on hold at our discretion.
How could I deactivate my account and no longer use it?
You should contact our Customer Service to make your account deactivate. Please include your email addresses that you wish to deactivate. Please also note that once your account is deactivated, all offers referrals will be removed and we cannot undo this action anyway.
How could I remove my email from your mailing list?
You may select the "Unsubscribe"link at the bottom of our site and choose your desired unsubscribe options to remove your email from your mailing list.
What do I do after I have completed all of the offer requirements?
If you have successfully completed all of the offer requirements, you should be able to select the button "Redeem Gift Now" on the "Gift Status" page.
Your account will be checked and verified to see if it has successfully met all the offer requirements to the specific website that you joined. If your account meets the approval, you will receive an email to guide you for redeeming the gift.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: The approval process can take up to 30 days or longer.
Could I confirm/change the shipping address that I had originally entered?
You are able to change your shipping address on "My Account" page" Also, you will be presented with your opportunity to update/confirm your shipping address at the time that you redeem your gift with us.
How can I tell how many days are left for my account?
This information can be found on the "gift Status" page.
